Activeyes

Do you want to keep active, meet new friends or try new things you thought would never be possible?

Our Activeyes programme provides an inclusive and varied timetable of regular leisure and social activities that is open to all with sight loss, we also like to add a few thrills, spills and a bit of spice to your life along the way.

Activities include walks, cooking sessions, theatre and cinema visits, goalball, golf and eating out, or for the more adventurous, rowing, rock climbing and cycling.

Our aim is to help you be independent, confident and comfortable in accessing local leisure and entertainment venues, feel a valued and active member of your community.

We are active across Wolverhampton, Dudley and the Black Country also traveling much further afield for some events.

Where possible we always encourage members to be as independent as possible, however during all sessions ActivEyes staff and volunteers will be on hand to help you if you need extra support.

If you want more information about Activeyes or would like to get involved, please call Hayley Millard or Tim Jukes on 01902 880 111 email hmillard@beaconvision.org/ or tjukes@beaconvision.org
