BBO Bridges – Building Better Opportunities

BBO Bridges is a project to help people in Wolverhampton living with sight loss to find work and improve their lives. The programme supports people over the age of 24 to improve their ‘work readiness’ and progress to education, employment or self employment and become economically active.

Those supported by BBO Bridges gain new skills through IT training, cookery courses, bespoke employability courses and fincnacial workshops delivered at venues across the city.

The programme is delivered as part of the wider Bridges Project from Steps to Work and is funded by the Big Lottery Fund & the European Union Social Fund through their Building Better Opportunities Programme.
