Communication & Fundraising Manager (Maternity cover)
You will manage, coordinate and monitor all of the Beacon Centre’s communication and marketing channels as well as oversee its fundraising and events function. You will be able to work across traditional and digital platforms including our website and social media using them to spread the message about Beacon and boost our fundraising opportunities. We want a creative thinker with first rate communication skills who is a leader that can manage staff and volunteers.
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week but willing to negotiate hours with a Salary of: £35,000 per annum pro rata.

Weekend Kitchen Assistant
12 hours per week – £7.50 per hour
Saturday & Sunday – 7.30am to 2.00pm
The ideal candidate will have proven kitchen/catering and customer service experience. They will ensure that the establishment is maintained in a clean and healthy state and will assist with food and drink preparation as required.

Coffee Bar Assistant Part-Time
Prepare and serve teas/coffees and drinks as required within the bar. Cash handling and cashing up the till at the end of the day. Open and close the cafe bar. General cleaning duties with work place left clean and tidy. Washing up/drying up using dishwashing facilities provided. To undertake any other work that may be reasonably requested for the benefit of the organisation whilst not changing the grade or purpose of the post.
This post requires full flexibility with working hours over 7 days. 17.5 hours per week between Monday – Sunday, and may be subject to a DBS Check
