Our Shops

Our retail shops are currently temporarily closed due to Coronavirus

We have made the difficult difficult decision to temporarily close our seven shops as we look to protect our customers, staff and volunteers from Coronavirus.

While that means we will also have to suspend our collection service and that we will be unable to take any donations, there will be other ways our wonderful customers can continue to support us.

Our eBay site will be launching shortly and on there you will be able to snap up some of the amazing buys you can normally get in our stores. We will let you know when you can start shopping.

We are also asking that if you are having a clear out at home over the next few weeks could you fill a box for Beacon? You could store it in your shed, the loft anywhere you’ve got space and once our shops are open again, we’d be happy to welcome you and your donation.

While this is the right decision it will also have a massive impact on our charity. You’ve supported us with your custom for so many years and for that we say thank you -the temporary closure of our shops means we will lose around £12,500 per week, a huge loss to our charity.

If any of our regular shoppers could consider making a donation to our charity at this time of crisis instead it could help our frontline workers continue to offer the services so desperately needed by those most vulnerable in our community.

You can support us by texting BEACONCRISIS (all one word) to 70085 today (Texts cost £5 plus one standard rate message) or donating via our website www.beaconvision.org/urgent
