Beacon Transport

The Beacon Centre has been running a transport service for more than 20 years helping people to get to our centres at Sedgley and Stourbridge as well as getting out and about in the community.

We have got a fleet of five minibuses operating across Wolverhampton, Dudley, Bilston, Brierley Hill and Stourbridge.

Our drivers and volunteers are trained to support people with sight loss and other disabilities and will ensure you get the assistance you need to make sure your journey is as comfortable as possible.

Our transport service is a lifeline for those who may otherwise be unable to get out of their own home.

Please get in touch with us to discuss your transport needs. We can help with transport:

– To and from our Centres

– GP, hospital or other medical appointments

– Grocery shopping

Our range of activities include a range of health and wellbeing sessions such as arts and crafts, IT Training, physical exercise in our gym and much more.

“The drivers are amazing, they help me in and out of the minibus and into the centre.

“Without the services I would be stuck at home seven days a week, which would make me feel anxious and very depressed.”
